NEW MEMBERSHIP
Welcome! We are excited that you are considering joining the Arizona Chapter NCRS.
Membership in the Arizona Chapter is open to any active NCRS National member. If you are not currently a member of NCRS National, then
becoming a member is the first step you must complete before becoming an Arizona Chapter member.

Note: You can skip the Joining NCRS National portion if you already are an NCRS member.
Joining NCRS National is accomplished by first going to the NCRS website (NCRS.ORG) and clicking on the JOIN tab at the top of the page (or go here).
From there you will see several options for joining NCRS based on your location. Typically, you would select NEW Membership USA and Territories
Residents. Once selected you can complete the process as guided and make your payment. At this point you will receive emails regarding your
membership and ultimately will be assigned and NCRS Member Number which will then allow you to log into the NCRS system and have access to
member only sections, one of which is Join A Chapter.
Joining the Arizona Chapter starts by first logging into the NCRS system. From the home page hover your mouse pointer over JOIN which will bring up
a pop-up window, where you will then click on Join Local Chapters.
From there you will see the selections regarding the Chapter to join (which is typically selected for you based on your address), the year to pay dues
for (typically pre-selected with the present year), and a selection to pay dues for one or two years.
At the bottom of the page you will see the NEXT button, which will take you through the remainder of the process and conclude with payment via
PayPal or with a Credit/Debit Card.
You have the option to join and pay via mail. To do so, please send a check for $36, payable to Arizona NCRS and include your NCRS membership
number in the Memo area, to:

MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
Renewing your Arizona Chapter membership is essentially the same process above as joining for the first time, with the following exception:
1.
The Year will automatically reflect the next renewal year. For example, if you Chapter membership expires in the current year, then the next year will be
populated. However, if you have already renewed for the current and next (or future years), then the first available year to renew will be populated.

CHANGES TO YOUR INFORMATION
Any time there is a change to your contact information such as address, phone number, and email you will have to make these changes to your PROFILE via
the NCRS system. We cannot do this for you.
To make a profile change, start by logging into the NCRS system and then go here. You will be presented with a form to make the necessary changes which you
can then submit to the IT team.
NAME BADGES
When you join the local chapter, you will receive a name badge. For additional or replacement badges, contact us and we’ll send you
instructions for ordering.
